Do you need help getting to and from the aircraft without your own aids?
Wheelchair Assistance
We offer complimentary wheelchair assistance at all airports. To ensure you receive the necessary help, please contact your tour operator at least 7 days prior to departure to have the assistance noted on your booking. For bookings made later than 7 days prior to departure, we will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee the assistance.
It is free to bring your own foldable wheelchair. Please note that it must be checked in along with other baggage.

Guests with battery-operated electric wheelchairs, Permobil, scooters, or other larger mobility aids must contact Jettime's Customer Service before departure. Height of the wheelchair may not exceed 89 cm. If an extra high backrest is attached to the wheelchair, you are responsible for removing it; airport staff are not allowed to assist.

Walker Assistance
You can always ask at check-in, if it is possible to bring your own walker all the way to the gate, but we cannot guarantee this. If not possible, the walker must be checked in along with other baggage and will be returned upon arrival. If you have difficulties walking without your walker, we encourage you to request wheelchair assistance at the airport.
