If you need special assistance, we are here to help
To ensure Jettime can provide the necessary wheelchair assistance at the airport, please contact your tour operator at least 7 days before departure. Your tour operator will note on the ticket, what kind of assistance is required.
For bookings made less than 7 days prior to departure, we will strive to assist as best as possible, but we cannot guarantee assistance.
If you need to bring special equipment (disability aids) on board the aircraft, please inform your tour operator well in advance.
If there is any doubt as to whether you are physically or medically capable of flying, you must be able to present a medical certificate issued by a doctor.
Find the Medical certificate/MEDIF here.
Guests with hidden disabilitiesÂ
At Jettime, we understand that some guests may have hidden disabilities that are not immediately visible to others. This may include autism, anxiety, dementia, or other hidden conditions that can make the travel experience more challenging.
We are committed to providing the most comfortable and stress-free experience possible for all of our guests. Our crew strives to offer support and flexibility wherever possible. Many airports offer assistance for people with invisible disabilities. In several Scandinavian airports, help is available if the Sunflower Lanyard is worn. Please ask at the airport for more information on the assistance available.
The Sunflower Lanyard
If you have an invisible disability or a hidden condition, you can choose to wear a Sunflower Lanyard. The Sunflower Lanyard is a voluntary initiative that discreetly signals that a person has an invisible disability and may require additional consideration, time, or patience.
The Sunflower Lanyard does not provide special rights, but it can help inform staff in both the airport and on board the aircraft that additional assistance may be needed.
