How early/late can I book a seat?

Seat reservation is possible approximately from 3 to 9 months and up to 48 hours before departure. This depends on when the tour operator passes on your booking information. Online check-in is open 7 days prior to departure.

If you do not book a seat yourself, a seat will be automatically assigned 2 days before departure.

Please note that if you have pre-booked duty-free items, your seat reservation must be made at least 7 days prior to departure.

Book for both outbound and return flight
Seat reservations must be made for both outbound and homebound and must include all guests on the booking.

With less than 2 days until departure, it is only possible to book a seat for the return flight. You will of course only pay for one way. The prices are displayed in the booking system.

There are restrictions on where children and persons with disabilities may sit. This will also be displayed in the booking system.

Traveling together
If you are traveling together, we cannot guarantee that you will be seated together, unless you book seats before departure.

If two people are traveling together and one desires an aisle seat, you have to book 2 aisle seats. It is not possible to leave window seats empty.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your seat reservation, this must be done no later than 4 days prior to departure for full refund. Cancellations made later than 4 days prior to departure must be addressed to your insurance company.

Family seats (yellow):
The front seats of the aircraft, seat 1 A/B/C/D/E/F, are suitable for families with children. You'll have quick access to and from the aircraft, the cabin crew is nearby, and there are no seats in front.
Please note that the armrests are fixed, and there is no guaranteed extra legroom.
Favorite seats (light green) and standard seats (dark green):
Our favorite seats are located in the front half of the aircraft, while standard seats are located in the rear half.
Please note that the backrests on row 11 and 25 cannot be reclined.
Seats near emergency exit (red):
Please note that the backrests on row 12 cannot be reclined, and we do not guarantee extra legroom here. The armrests on this row are fixed.
Seats near emergency exit (orange):
These seats have extra legroom.
Please note that the armrests are fixed.

The front seats of the aircraft, seat 1A/B/C and 2D/E/F are suitable for families with children. You'll have quick access to and from the aircraft, the cabin crew is nearby, and there are no seats in front.
Please note that the armrests are fixed, and there is no guaranteed extra legroom.
Seat 3D/E/F, 4D/E/F, 5D/E/F have a little extra legroom, this makes them good for families traveling with children, passengers who need more legroom or who are disabled.
Favorite seats (light green ) and standard seats (dark green):
Favorite seats are in the front half of the cabin, and the standard seats are in the rear half.
Please note that the backrests on row 14 and 32 cannot be reclined.
Seats at emergency exit (red):
These seats have extra legroom.
