Skip the queue and check-in online
Guests traveling from Copenhagen, Billund and Aalborg with pre-booked seats can complete online check-in through Jettime's booking system and thereby avoid queues at the airport.
Online check-in is available from 7 days to 2 days before departure for both outbound and return flights. This option is accessible if you have pre-booked your seat or confirmed your assigned seat.
Guests traveling from Billund and Aalborg should note that baggage tags must still be printed at the airport using the self-service machines.
Guests traveling from Copenhagen should use the dedicated baggage check-in counters in Terminal 2.
Online check-in is now also available for return flights from:
Rhodes, Chania, Kos, Mitilini, Samos, Zakinthos, Preveza and Karpathos.
Please note that you will have to have your bag tags, at the desk in the Airport.
Baggage drop
In Billund and Aalborg, there are dedicated counters for baggage drop.
In Copenhagen, baggage drop is not available. Please use the dedicated baggage check-in counters in Terminal 2 instead.
Baggage tags must be printed at the self-service machines in the airport and attached to your baggage before proceeding to the baggage drop counter.
Baggage drop opens 2 hours before departure.
Boarding pass
Print your boarding pass at the self-service machines in the airport or from your computer at home if online check-in has been completed.
