Check-in at the airport
Check-in counters
Check-in at the airport opens 2 hours prior to departure and closes approximately 45 minutes prior departure time- although please note that in Umeå the close 60 min prior to departure.
Information regarding check-in times can be found on your travel document.
We recommend that you arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to departure, as waiting times may occur both at check-in counters and at security control.
Check-in machines
In Billund, Aalborg and Helsinki airport, you can check-in using the self-service machines.
At Helsinki Airport, you can check in the evening before departure if you have only 1 bag weighing a maximum of 15 kg. There is no bag drop for special baggage or strollers. Read more here.
Please note that check-in machines are not available in Copenhagen or at your return flight.
If you need to drop off baggage after using a check-in machine, information screens at the airports will guide you to the appropriate counters.
